First there was the earthquake in '06. Next there was a wind storm that knocked power out for five days in '07. Now it's the flood of '08. The news said we've gotten 12.61" of rain in under 24 hours. It's been raining for over a day now and it is supposed to rain tomorrow too. We're under a wind advisory and flood watch and warning. Luckily - Thank God - we haven't lost power. School was cancelled so me and the kids have been caged up all day long. We finished up a 750 piece puzzle and tried to watch a movie on pay-per-view but of course the cable is messed up. The rest of the time they've been running around like little banchees.
All the creepy crawlers came out to get out of the water.
